Determining whether you are a resident or nonresident for tax purposes can be very complex.

If you would like for Gary to determine whether you are a resident or nonresident for 2023 for a certainty, please do the following:

• Provide ALL dates of presence for ALL years in the US along with the visa status in effect during those dates.  Please provide a short narrative of any other information you feel is relevant. Upload via secure file transfer
• Email Gary@englercpa.com and ask for an Advanced Residency Determination.
• Gary will send you an invoice for his fee of $300.
• Once the fee is paid, Gary will provide the service and email you the answer, usually within a few days.
